Better Than the Movies

this one is complicated for me, because i don't think the book is bad at all, it's perfect romcom material, and i loved that about it; i love romcoms, even if they're predictable or super cheesy, i adore them, so i really thought this book would knock me off my feet but sadly it wasn't the case i am extremely character driven and the characters here didn't do it for me, i really didn't like liz, i sort of understand her character but still it was annoying to read. michael was meh, you didn't really get to know him; i did like Wes and Helena though, they saved the book for me. I also liked Wes and Liz's dynamic, they were cute and fun together i don't want to be too harsh on it because, as I said, it's not a bad book, it does what it promises and at times it is very funny, it's a good homage to romcoms and I would recommend this book, i guess it just wasn't for me? i don't even want to rate it!!!!!!!!!!! i hate that i don't love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
