5 Love this. Enchanting. Actual RomCom. I had a few laughing fits. I love the living, breathing, magical town and its people--a perfect setting for a cozy romance (or, in a different novel, a light murder mystery). The story and the characters are so deeply relatable even though I have absolutely nothing in common with them. The book entranced me.The premise: ER doctor Alexis runs into a ditch. Local Daniel hauls her out. It's late. It's foggy. She's stuck in town and hungry. The long term problem: they do come from different worlds. She's rich. Hospital-named-after-family rich. Her parents had her and her brother basically as an heir-and-a-spare.
